Manulife Bank has just announced a generous relief program for clients who are impacted by the recent flooding in Alberta. Â To help those who may be experiencing financial difficulty as a result of the flood, Manulife Bank will be allowing clients to defer loans and mortgage payments for a period of time and also allowing them to access funds from GIC’s without an early-redemption penalty.
